2- Provide the fullest conditions for them to carry out their teaching and research duties, serve the community to the fullest, and grant them the necessary academic freedom to present their ideas.
C- Towards Academic Administration:
1- The academic administration consists of the dean of the institute, his deputy, and heads of departments.
2- Appropriate conditions must be provided for the members of the academic administration to work with the highest possible efficiency and in a safe environment that is not tainted by any illegal or immoral behavior.
D- To the Board of Directors:
1- Dealing with the Board of Directors with all sincerity and honesty and not conveying any false or untruthful information to it.
2- Managing the Institute's property, including buildings, equipment, and so on, with the highest possible wisdom and reason, according to the directives of the Board of Directors and the Dean's instructions, and within the limits of the law.

Commitments to the basics of the relationship with suppliers:

C- Academic Administration:
1- Exerting maximum effort to promote the institute and raise its level among other institutes.
2- Work to provide a suitable environment for all individuals belonging to the institute.

The engineer's relationship with colleagues
