The goal of receiving complaints and suggestions within the institute

•Achieving the provision of services at the highest level by seeking to resolve complaints and reduce any negative impact on students and non-students at the institute.
• Each group has the right to submit its complaint, whether that complaint is related to academic or non-academic aspects.
• Student complaints procedures include feedback from students about the services provided by the institute.
• The institute must have an administrative system within the organizational structure of the institute and affiliated with Professor Dr., the Vice Dean of the Institute, ensuring:-
• Complete confidentiality of complaints .
• The student will not be harmed by his complaint
